Information you submit

If you submit an event, alert, contact message, or correction, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and event details. We use it to review submissions, respond to requests, operate the service, and protect the forum.

Public event information

Published event details are intended for public discovery. Organizer email addresses and phone numbers remain hidden unless the organizer explicitly chooses to publish them.

Retention and requests

We retain submitted information as needed for the purposes above and for operational and safety records. To ask about a message or request a correction, contact us through the contact page.

Optional analytics

With your explicit first-party opt-in, we record broad event-finder actions such as a homepage visit, an event search, an approved event-page view, a registration-link click, a submission start or completion, email signup, and account creation. We minimize this to a random action key, timestamps, normalized referral source, mobile/tablet/desktop device category, and public event slug or category when relevant. We do not record passwords, messages, payment information, raw referrers, raw user agents, coordinates, or form contents. The preference is stored in this browser only; choosing “No thanks” sends no custom analytics event. Opted-in analytics rows are retained for 90 days and are available only to authorized administrators. Generic rider account creation is not treated as an organizer registration because the current signup flow does not collect organizer intent.
