Promotion terms.
Paid promotion can improve placement on selected forum surfaces, but it does not replace event review or guarantee attendance.
What promotion covers
A selected package may provide the placement and duration described during checkout. Every promoted event still has to meet the forum’s review requirements, and promotion does not change the event’s responsibility for accurate details.
Changes and refunds
If a paid placement cannot be approved or delivered as described, contact us promptly with the event details and payment information. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate correction or refund for the undelivered placement. No refund is promised for attendance, weather, organizer cancellation, or changes outside the forum’s control.
